We work hard towards creating a supportive housing system creating a safe happy haven to live and creating caring and productive individuals.  We provide comprehensive housing services for people with special needs and mental impairments, while acquiring living skills needed to live independently.  Our services have expanded beyond housing to include collaborating with medical and healthcare providers, substance abuse intervention, outreach, and recuperative care. These services fill a critical gap in the continuum of care with focus on assisting individuals into stable housing.

REQUIREMENTS

 

  1. Must immediately call HAPPY HAVEN at 657-206-7355 to report any known or suspected misconduct or abuse incident
  2. Must not create any disturbances to others
  3. Must build and maintain a caring and harmonious relationship among all residents
  4. Must provide own food: Able to use Kitchen appliances if able to operate them responsibly
  5. Must be sober; No use of any street drugs, marijuana, alcohol. No misuse or overuse of prescription drugs
  6. Must be med compliant, dispensing own medication as prescribed by medical providers
  7. Must be able to live independently, take care of yourself, follow up with any medical and psychological treatments
  8. Must behave responsibly & respectfully, respect others property and be considerate with others
  9. Must be able to clean after yourself, common areas, and do regular house chores, keep good hygiene & clutter free
  10. Do not to tamper with water heater, security systems or CO2/smoke alarms
  11. Any hazardous, flammable substances or weapons are prohibited
  12. Any misconduct including disturbances, verbal or physical abuse, sexual assault, harassment, threats, attacks, hitting, violence, drunkenness, use or sale of controlled substances or street drugs, theft, arson, or any destruction of property is strictly prohibited
